Returns and exchange details
If artwork is damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt (sales@hillcountryimages.com) with your reason for the return. Damaged items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt. Customer pays return shipping.
Please expect 2-3 weeks for delivery of replacement artwork, as artwork is created on demand.
